1. Purpose of the platform
Khbich ENSTTIC is a student platform that brings together learning resources, study tools and organisation features for ENSTTIC students.
The site is provided so that students can help each other academically. Content and features may change over time with contributions, corrections and the needs of the student community.
2. Access and accounts
Some pages are public. Other features, including the dashboard, the Learning Space and some resources, may require signing in with Google.
You are responsible for the use of your Google account and for any activity from your Khbich ENSTTIC session. You must use an email address that belongs to you and must not try to access another person’s account.
The team may limit or block an account’s access in case of abuse, malicious behaviour, attempted unauthorised access or use contrary to these terms.
3. Learning Space
The Learning Space lets you choose a year or speciality, follow your progress, create tasks, save notes, take quizzes, track Pomodoro sessions and add attachments to notes.
Information entered in the Learning Space must stay tied to personal learning. You must not use these features to store, share or process content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to learning.
4. Content and attachments
You remain responsible for the content you enter or add in Khbich ENSTTIC, including notes, tasks and attachments.
Learning Space attachments are stored in your own Google Drive when you separately authorise Google Drive access. Files accepted by the application can include images and PDFs, within the technical limits set by the site.
You must not upload files that violate other people’s rights, contain malware, expose unnecessary sensitive data or break Google Drive’s rules.
Documents sent from the Contribute page must be learning resources that you have the right to share. The team may refuse them, edit them before publishing or remove them.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- try to get around authentication, roles or access restrictions;
- disrupt the site, the database, Google OAuth or Google Drive;
- use the platform for spam, impersonation or abusive automated actions;
- publish, upload or send content that is illegal, malicious or harmful to others;
- copy, redistribute or present the site’s resources in a way that misleads other users.
6. Learning resources
The resources on Khbich ENSTTIC are provided to help students learn and get organised. They may contain errors, be incomplete or become outdated.
Users should check important information against official courses, teachers or suitable academic sources. Khbich ENSTTIC does not replace the school’s official communications.
7. Availability and changes
Khbich ENSTTIC may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical errors, hosting problems, configuration changes or limits of third-party services such as Google.
Features, content, pages and terms may be changed to improve the site, fix problems or meet technical and security requirements.
8. Privacy
The use of account data, notes, attachments and Google Drive is described in the Privacy policy. By using the signed-in features, you accept that this data is processed to run the service.
